Children
Proverbs 22:6 tells us to "Train a child in the way he should go and when he grows old he will not depart from it." That verse is the standard we use for our Sunday School and every children’s program or event offered here at Midway. We want to guide children in the way of Christ and teach them about His unconditional love for all. This is accomplished through fun, fellowship and learning activities that are child centered and sprinkled with love.
The love of Christ can never begin too early in a life. We consider it an honor to be allowed to help train new believers and accompany them in their growing knowledge and understanding of God and His special plan for their life. Children of all ages can discover and embrace that love here at Midway United Methodist Church.
Our goal at Midway is to teach and lead children in faith and understanding of Jesus Christ. We also strive to affirm the gifts of each child by encouraging them to serve and participate in various ways.
